BUSINESS SECTION

“MINUTES”

Andrew A. Miller had charge of this meeting.

A group of 17 minutes + laymen were selected to nominate and help vote for a new body of committee members.

It was decided to have one secretary and one treasurer chosen for an undetermined number of years. Secretary and treasurer separate.

It was decided to have three other members besides the above mentioned.

The last mentioned three shall shift positions each year with the charman’s term expiring each year and one new member shall be elected each year.

The fuction of the committee shall be as a general board.

Representatives of states represented and states interested have been chosen to contact in further planning of the date plance and the next programs.

The above decisions were all made with a carried motion or a majority vote.
